Varun Rustomji

Hi, I’m Varun. I’m currently obsessed with building the UGC machine for my iOS apps.

I’m currently working on a stealth app, doing 10M+/mo on TikTok and Instagram. I previously built Recite, which did 40M+ views / 3M+ likes.

I put all my knowledge about building UGC apps into this free Playbook. It’s a 23 min read across 34 pages. I’ve tried to keep it no BS & specific to what worked for me. Hope it helps.

I also worked at Cabal (YC S22) after studying at SFU. I grew up in Mumbai, but now live in Vancouver.

I help consumer app founders figure out their TikTok and growth strategy. Hit me up if you want to get an audit on your app for $99.
